Happy Life, JiangJiang!
Dear Jiangjiang,
In one month, you will be leaving our program and joining a family. I have loved you, doted over you and cared for you for three years and suddenly, I must count the days until you leave.
I used to tell the other nannies: “Jiangjiang is a little sweetheart and he deserves to be in a family, with a loving couple who will give him the care he needs and access to the best education.” But now, as the day approaches, I am sad to see you go.
Over the years, we have grown close and I have needed you just as much as you needed me. When I was tired at the end of the day, you could make it all disappear by saying ‘I love you,’ and wrapping your little arms around my neck. And when you put your little hand in mind, you transferred all your courage to me, and I felt I could face anything.
Jiangjiang, I want to thank you for loving me unconditionally, for accepting my clumsiness, and for all your sweet kisses. Over the years, I have tried to create as many beautiful memories as possible for us, so you will remember our time together. Please remember how much you were loved!
Happy life to you and your family, Jiangjiang!
